LottoPlus is an extra Austria Lotto draw game not offered at TheLotter at this time. LottoPlus’s draw takes place right after the regular Austria Lotto draw on Wednesdays and Sundays. Players purchasing a physical ticket in Austria are given the option to pay an additional amount for their ticket, and then the numbers they’ve chosen will also participate in the separate Lotto Plus draw. Six numbers are drawn in LottoPlus as well, but there is no additional bonus number.

The Österreichische Lotterien balls, when not in use for the draw, are secured in a suitcase protected by a notarized double lock.

In LottoPlus draws, the jackpot must be won. What this means is that if there are no tickets that match the six numbers drawn, the prize money will go to players with winning tickets in the next highest prize division. The Austria LottoPlus jackpot is not won in every draw and frequently the prize money rolls down to the lower prize divisions.
