Canadian Wins US$1 Million in US Powerball through TheLotter

P. from Quebec in Canada won US$1 million in the US Powerball on Saturday 27 February 2016, marking the second time in two months that a foreigner has won the coveted second prize in the US Powerball  through TheLotter.
